Pokedoku Help
About the game
Pokedoku is a type sudoku where you fill every cell with dual-type Pokémon so no type repeats.
Fill each row and column (and, on 6×6 and 9×9, within each box divided by bold lines) without repeating a type to complete it.
Sizes are 3×3, 6×6, and 9×9 (3×3 has rows and columns only, no boxes).
Any Pokémon with the same type combination counts as correct, so a single puzzle can have several answers.
Input
Tap an empty cell to search for and place a Pokémon.
Tap a placed Pokémon's type badge to swap the left–right order of its two types.
You can undo and redo the placement you just made.
You can also empty the whole board with Clear board (you can restore it with Undo).
Memo feature
Use pencil notes to mark candidate and confirmed types for each cell as you reason it out.
Filter feature
Tap a type icon in the type palette to keep only that type sharp while the rest dim. It helps you spot a specific type at a glance on a large board.
You can check which types you've already placed on every line via the completion mark on the filter icon.
Play tips
Thinking first of type combinations that don't exist, or combinations with only one Pokémon, makes it easier to narrow cells.
